Celebros Announces Celastic, a New Plugin for Elasticsearch

Adding Celebros search to an existing Elasticsearch improves accuracy and relevancy, without changing anything in the existing search. eConverse® - Celebros Voice Chatbot

 

The Celebros voice client uses existing profile information for shoppers (stored on-site) to facilitate complex search requests. Customers literally speak their needs to the voice client, where Celebros’ NLP technology will translate the query through to the Celastic plugin, grabbing results and returning them to the customer.

“Show me all of the red shirts in my size that can be delivered to my house tomorrow,” for example, will be translated by Celebros’ NLP, with the appropriate criteria being delivered to the Elastic Database through the Celastic plugin. Results are delivered back to the user as a voice response after being reprocessed by Celebros.

 

Chatbots are prevalent in the future of eCommerce site search and a positive experience with a search bot can give shoppers the confidence they need to make a purchase. Using a Celebros search bot, users will conduct natural language conversations in as many as 7 different languages, with information being processed by Celebros in real-time.

The Celebros chatbot then uses existing buyer profile information (stored on-site) to provide technical aid to searchers, connecting them more seamlessly with the products they’re looking to buy. On the server side of things, the Celastic plugin acts as the translator between random search queries and the isometric data within an Elastic Database. The plugin converts Celebros NLP search requests into formats compatible with Elasticsearch, which enables data to be quickly derived from the database. Returned results are then re-formatted by the Celastic plugin into data structures familiar to the underlying Celebros processing technology.

All of this happens behind the scenes, no matter what input the data takes on the customer side of the equation. Customers speak voice searches or interact with a chatbot as they normally would, with their inputs being rapidly processed via NLP, queried in an Elasticsearch and returned to the user—all with unfathomable precision and accuracy.
